Return Policy
Our returns policy gives customers 14 days to request a return, counted from the day you received your order.
If your product is unused, still in its original packaging, you are within the 14-day return window, and the product meets the conditions below, we’re happy to offer a refund. We operate with a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we believe our products are high quality and will exceed your expectations.

Items that cannot be returned

Sealed products where the seal has been broken.

Products made to the consumer’s specifications (custom items).

Products that are clearly personal in nature.

Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

Certain items in the Beauty category cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact our customer service if you’re unsure.
Refunds
We will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damage & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the right item is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order was placed within the European Union, you are also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original unsealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for a full refund
Free or promotional items are not eligible for a refund. If the return conditions are met, you will receive a store credit.
Defective product?
That’s frustrating—we’ve got you. If your product was damaged during transport, we will send you a new package free of charge the first time. A refund is not possible in this case. If the product arrives damaged a second time, you will receive a full refund.
Lost package?
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistics reasons, we will first send you a replacement before applying our refund and returns policy.
Delivery in absence / pickup point
If a package is delivered to your address or a pickup point and is not collected, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we are entitled to deduct €15 from your refund to cover the delivery costs incurred.
Why can’t beauty & health products be returned?
Due to hygiene regulations, certain products—such as bras, facial cleansers, personalized items, and beauty products—cannot be returned. This is for the safety and health of all our customers. Many other providers of beauty and health products follow similar strict return conditions for the same reasons.
